5,000 m² Production Facility
Inside the Factory — A Complete Production Line
Weaving → Sewing → Inspection → Packaging. All under one roof in Nantong, China.
Factory Overview
Nantong QiaoGuo Textile Co., Ltd. operates a 5,000 square meter production facility in Chuanjiang Town, Tongzhou District — part of the greater Nantong textile cluster that houses over 6,000 textile enterprises. Our location, just a 3-hour drive from Shanghai Port, gives us direct access to global shipping lanes and the full upstream supply chain of China's largest home textile market.
We are a complete-pipeline manufacturer: every step from fabric weaving through finished product sewing, quality inspection, and export packaging happens on our premises. This vertical integration eliminates the quality inconsistencies common with multi-factory sourcing and gives us full control over lead times.
Production Equipment
Our workshop is equipped with advanced automated quilting and computerized quilting machines sourced from top domestic and international manufacturers. These systems deliver precise, consistent stitching across high-volume production runs — critical for hotel orders where uniformity across hundreds of units is non-negotiable.
The weaving workshop handles a range of fabric constructions including percale, sateen, and jacquard weaves. Our finishing line includes mercerization, calendering, and sanforization (pre-shrinking) processes that enhance fabric hand feel, luster, and dimensional stability.
Quality Control — Independent Inspection Workshop
Quality control is not a final check — it is a parallel operation. Our dedicated inspection workshop operates independently from production, with its own team and testing equipment. Every production batch undergoes systematic testing before being cleared for packaging.
Our QC checklist covers: GSM/weight verification, thread count measurement, dimensional tolerance checks, seam strength testing, colorfastness to washing (AATCC standards), shrinkage rate after industrial washing, and visual defect inspection under standardized lighting. We provide QC reports with photos for every shipment.
Raw Materials
We source Xinjiang long-staple cotton for our premium hotel bedding lines — the longer fiber length produces smoother, more durable yarns with fewer protruding fiber ends, which means less pilling and a softer hand feel after repeated commercial laundering.
For specialty lines, we use Austrian Lenzing Tencel (lyocell) fiber, valued in hospitality for its moisture management, breathability, and botanical origin. All dyes used in our production are reactive and environmentally compliant, meeting the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 requirements for textile products with direct skin contact.
Export & FOB Capability
We export on FOB (Free On Board) terms as standard. This means we handle factory loading, Chinese customs clearance, and delivery of goods to the named port (typically Shanghai or Ningbo). You nominate your freight forwarder and control ocean freight — there is no logistics markup from our side.
Our export documentation package includes: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin (Form A / Form E where applicable), and inspection certificates. For first-time buyers, we offer pre-shipment samples and welcome third-party inspection arranged at your cost.
